Account Manager – DE Marketplace

About the role

Joybuy, JD.com’s dedicated retail platform for Europe, is looking for an Account Manager to drive its German marketplace strategy. You will work closely with third‑party sellers, helping them launch, grow, and succeed on the platform while contributing to the evolution of cross‑border e‑commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new sellers, guiding them through the full shop‑setup process.
• Maintain and develop relationships with a diverse portfolio of brands, from large well‑known names to small creative businesses.
• Assist sellers in leveraging Joybuy tools and services to expand across product categories.
• Analyse market trends and internal data to uncover growth opportunities for sellers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that benefit both sellers and customers.
• Track and achieve targets for seller acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Stay informed on product‑category dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
• Relay seller feedback to internal stakeholders to continuously improve the marketplace.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management and sales.
• Track record of building long‑term B2B partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the German/EU marketplace ecosystem.
• Ability to analyse complex data and present actionable insights.
