About the role
adjoe is looking for a Director, Strategic Enterprise Partnerships to own its most critical enterprise relationships. This commercial‑strategy role acts as a "General Manager" for a portfolio of top‑tier partners, aligning their long‑term vision with adjoe’s technology to drive joint growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new revenue opportunities, launch large‑scale campaigns and negotiate long‑term exclusivity agreements.
- Design and execute joint technical roadmaps, manage integration timelines, oversee feature testing and lead quarterly business reviews or workshops.
- Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives such as CROs, CTOs and Heads of Monetization to align product strategy with partner goals.
- Serve as the bridge between the market and adjoe’s product teams, translating partner feedback into actionable features and proactively resolving technical or performance issues.
- Lead a small high‑impact team and coordinate senior cross‑functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Revenue and Leadership to achieve shared outcomes.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience in AdTech, Big Tech or SaaS strategic account management, handling enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that generate sustainable revenue growth.
- Strong track record of influencing C‑level stakeholders and managing complex technical integrations.
- Experience leading and developing small, high‑performing teams.
