Key responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy models powering AI search recommendations.
• Develop novel algorithms that reverse‑engineer LLM behaviour, owning the full ML lifecycle from research to production.
• Architect scalable data and ML systems, including pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and model serving.
• Write and review production‑grade code while ensuring reliability and performance.
• Mentor and grow a small data‑science team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Senior data‑science leader who has owned and scaled complex ML systems from research to production.
• Deep, first‑principles understanding of LLMs and AI search with strong systems instincts.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to executives and customers.
• Experience in high‑growth startups, top‑tier tech companies, or research environments.
