FP&A Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Specialist to help shape our financial reporting and planning processes. You will work closely with commercial, marketing and product teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain group‑wide reporting standards, hierarchies and budgeting/forecast cadence.
• Identify automation and process‑improvement opportunities across reporting.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing and Product to deliver timely KPI tracking, business cases and financial insights.
• Support and streamline the monthly close, improving speed, accuracy and structure.
• Contribute to the build‑out of group consolidation and management reporting.
• Perform ad‑hoc strategic finance work, including scenario modelling and market analysis.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling or strategic finance, preferably in fintech, investment banking or a scale‑up.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional financial modelling abilities.
• Proven track record of improving close processes and reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with group reporting concepts such as consolidation, multi‑currency and intercompany transactions.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan).
• Data visualisation expertise using Tableau or Power BI.
