Finance Manager (Full-time or Part-time)

About the role

As Finance Manager you will be the backbone of the company’s financial and operational reporting. You will own the P&L, cash runway, budgeting and forecasting processes while translating business changes into clear financial implications.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate, trusted view of P&L, cash, runway, burn and budget at all times.
• Own the logic and reporting of financial and operational KPIs and help build a KPI/OKR system.
• Support major decisions with robust business cases (hires, investments, pricing, tooling).
• Deliver management and investor reporting, preparing analyses for upcoming funding rounds.
• Act as internal liaison with the German tax advisor and coordinate receipts, forecasts and invoices.
• Improve reporting structures, reduce manual work and implement AI‑supported workflows for variance analysis and forecasting.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, controlling or strategic finance, preferably in SaaS or a fast‑moving startup.
• Strong expertise in reporting, planning, KPI systems and business analysis.
• Clear communicator able to work cross‑functionally and present to investors.
• Comfortable coordinating with external partners such as tax advisors.
• Motivated to improve reporting processes and leverage AI tools.
• Willingness to work from the office and collaborate closely with the team.
