HR Business Partner – Fulfillment (Rostock)

About the role

As an HR Business Partner for Amazon Logistics, you will be the primary HR contact for a network of delivery stations in the Rostock and Neubrandenburg region. You will support station managers and employees with professional HR expertise, providing empathetic and flexible assistance while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to support day‑to‑day HR needs and leadership responsibilities.
• Oversee the execution of operational personnel processes across multiple sites.
• Maintain a regular on‑site presence to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Plan and deliver HR projects in collaboration with operational teams.
• Handle complex employee issues, including complaints and disciplinary actions.
• Analyse HR data, prepare reports on key metrics, and support policy implementation.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of German labor law.
• Experience in HR within an international, fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the assigned region.
• Readiness to relocate to Rostock if required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
