Recruiter for Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

About the role

Join Tesla’s fast‑growing Gigafactory Berlin‑Brandenburg as a Recruiter and help scale one of Europe’s largest high‑tech manufacturing sites. You will partner with hiring managers, drive end‑to‑end hiring processes, and ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience while supporting Tesla’s mission of sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs, create hiring plans and execute full-cycle recruitment.
• Use data and analytics to monitor candidate funnels, generate reports and continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Work cross‑functionally with regional Talent Acquisition and People teams across EMEA.
• Deliver a superior candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and phone screens to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
• Source passive candidates through multiple channels and networking activities.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
• Proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably for skilled blue‑collar roles (mechanics, production workers, engineers).
• Strong track record in sourcing, assessing and hiring talent.
• Excellent relationship‑management skills with hiring teams and business partners.
• Comfortable working in an agile, fast‑paced environment with shifting targets.
• Experience in offer negotiation and knowledge of employment legislation and market trends.
• Commitment to sustainability and adherence to Tesla’s EHS&S policies.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
