HR Operations Working Student (m/f/d) – Near Venlo

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our HR Services team. In this role you will support day-to-day HR operations, act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to HR service tickets and employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with onboarding and off-boarding, including document preparation, system updates and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Support administrative processes such as contract changes, leave requests and certificate issuance.
• Collaborate with other HR functions and departments to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Structured, detail-oriented and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
• Service-minded, reliable and able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using HR information systems or similar digital tools.
