HR Business Partner – Logistics (Rostock/Neubrandenburg)

About the role

As an HR Business Partner for Amazon Logistics, you will be the primary HR contact for a network of delivery stations in the Rostock and Neubrandenburg region. You will support station managers and employees with professional HR expertise, ensuring smooth people processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with station managers to advise on HR matters and support day‑to‑day management duties.
• Ensure seamless execution of operational personnel processes across multiple locations.
• Maintain regular on‑site presence to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Plan and implement HR projects in collaboration with operational teams.
• Handle complex employee issues, including complaints and disciplinary actions.
• Analyse HR data, prepare reports on key metrics, and support policy implementation.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of German labor law.
• Experience in HR within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Background supporting hourly‑employee groups, preferably in call‑center, distribution or manufacturing settings.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently across several sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using HR Information Systems.
