Senior Talent Advisor – Biopharma (Germany & EMEA)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑level white‑collar and specialist positions across Germany and the wider EMEA region. You will work within an established, collaborative talent team backed by a dedicated sourcing function, allowing you to focus on strategic stakeholder management and premium candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to advise on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
• Own the full candidate journey, delivering a high‑touch experience for senior professionals.
• Collaborate closely with internal sourcing experts to review pipelines and refine search strategies.
• Leverage data, recruitment technology, and market intelligence to design tailored hiring solutions for complex business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, especially for corporate, high‑level white‑collar, or specialized scientific/commercial roles.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior business leaders.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a flexible environment.
