HR Specialist Graduate Program (2026)

About the role

This two‑year graduate program is designed for new college graduates who want to develop a career in Human Resources across the EMEA region. You will rotate through multiple HR functions, gaining hands‑on experience while supporting both people‑focused and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with people‑focused and technical teams to understand their unique needs and challenges.
• Provide efficient, high‑quality customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Build strong partnering relationships across all levels of the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Understanding of cross‑functional work and familiarity with labour law in at least one EU country.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to organise priorities and pursue continuous learning, especially in emerging HR technologies.

Required skills

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and tools.
