About the role

Join Phaidon International as a Recruitment Consultant and become a market expert within a specialised niche. You will build and nurture long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates, driving successful placements across mid‑level to executive roles.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development: prospect new clients, negotiate service agreements and maintain existing relationships.
• Candidate Sourcing: actively headhunt top talent, engage passive candidates and develop a strong talent pipeline.
• Process Management: present candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and provide post‑placement support.

Required profile

• Fluent business‑level English; German is a plus.
• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• High self‑motivation, strong commercial focus and resilience.
