About the role
We are looking for a proactive Inbound Call Specialist to handle sales calls that are not answered by our retail stores during peak hours. The role ensures every customer inquiry is captured, maintains high service standards, and supports sales conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming sales calls missed by retail stores between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Log into the company CRM at the start of each shift and stay available.
- Document each call with full details: customer name, contact information, vehicle interest, conversation points, objections, and next steps.
- Maintain 100 % call‑logging accuracy to support sales tracking.
- Work efficiently under pressure to provide fast response times and minimal wait for customers.
- Collaborate with store teams and Inside Sales for seamless handover and consistent customer experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in a call‑center or retail environment.
- Strong communication and active‑listening skills in German (advanced level) and English if applicable.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (8‑5, 9‑6, or 10‑7).
