About the role
We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager who will focus on onboarding new SMB customers and ensuring they achieve early value with our solution. In the first 60 days, you will guide customers through implementation, training, and initial use cases to set the foundation for long‑term success.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and implementation for new and migrating SMB customers, delivering product training and best‑practice guidance.
- Conduct onboarding calls, implementation sessions, and workshops to help customers configure and use the platform.
- Document customer objectives, use cases, and onboarding requirements, creating clear success plans.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders during the onboarding phase and monitor health metrics.
- Respond to customer questions, coordinate with Support, Product, and Senior CSMs to resolve issues quickly.
- Track onboarding KPIs such as time‑to‑first‑value, training completion rates, and adoption levels.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and Customer Success platforms and contribute to onboarding playbooks and self‑service resources.

- Enjoys teaching, enablement, and direct customer engagement.
- Looking to build a long‑term career in Customer Success.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
