Retail Store Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

Apple Retail is looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for coaching, developing and empowering team members while ensuring the store meets its performance and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Participate actively in floor leadership, interacting with team members and customers throughout the store.
• Recruit, train, retain and grow a high‑performing retail team.
• Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet business priorities and store performance targets.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets and confidential information.
• Foster an inclusive environment and model Apple’s values of diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that may include nights and weekends, in line with local laws.
• Proficiency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
