Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join a dynamic team supporting a range of commercial projects. In this role you will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and subcontractors, ensuring smooth financial and contractual processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming invoices for a defined group of stakeholders and verify their accuracy.
• Prepare outgoing invoices to facilitate timely payments.
• Create quotes, process orders and maintain oversight of all contracts.
• Coordinate appointments with subcontractors and ensure clear communication.
• Prepare preliminary reports and analyses to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship in a commercial field or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in managing contracts and settlements.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with subcontractors and internal departments.
• Independent, structured and reliable work ethic.
• Team spirit and solid organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CAFM software (a plus).
