Leader PMO and Training Quality

About the role

The Leader PMO and Training Quality is a dual‑function position that strengthens the LIXIL International Quality organization by developing workforce capabilities and ensuring rigorous project governance. The role supports Quality Leadership with strategic planning, executive communication and the execution of key improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a skill matrix, identify capability gaps and track proficiency across global quality teams.
• Create, update and manage training materials aligned with LIXIL processes and quality standards.
• Lead engaging training sessions and act as a Subject Matter Expert for core quality methodologies and tools.
• Support the strategic organization of departmental tasks, objectives and long‑term roadmaps.
• Draft executive‑level presentations to showcase team activities and strategic vision.
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes and lead multiple improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 8 semesters) in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a related analytical field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Quality, Project Management or global manufacturing training.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer/Manager.
• Strong independence, cooperative communication and proven change‑management leadership.

Required skills

• Proficient with project‑management software such as MS Project, Excel and Smartsheet.
• Experience with ERP systems and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Familiarity with Stage‑Gate processes.
