About the role

The Manager Marketing Visual Merchandising & Training will shape regional visual merchandising concepts and training programs that bring PUMA’s global brand direction to life in stores. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with commercial goals and operational realities.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop regional visual merchandising concepts, boards, and guidelines that translate global brand direction into commercially relevant in‑store executions.
  • Adapt global VM frameworks and toolkits into regionally executable concepts aligned with seasonal priorities, launches, and brand moments.
  • Design scalable VM concepts suitable for different store sizes, layouts, and retail formats while ensuring operational feasibility.
  • Serve as the bridge between strategic VM direction and day‑to‑day store execution to secure consistent implementation.
  • Create training materials, visual guidelines, and hero‑product education content for store teams.
  • Record and deliver VM training videos that clearly explain concepts, execution rules, and visual standards.
  • Align visual merchandising plans with the regional marketing calendar, commercial activations, and collection drops.
  • Collaborate with Global VM, Regional Retail, Field VM, Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising teams, gathering store feedback to refine concepts.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing, adapting, and implementing visual merchandising concepts across diverse retail environments.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and commercial KPIs, linking visual storytelling with sell‑through performance.
  • High creative capability combined with a commercial mindset.
  • Advanced training and communication skills, able to create, present, and record engaging VM training content.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Agile and solution‑oriented, able to adapt concepts to different store formats and evolving brand priorities.
