MRO Production Engineer – Germany (Airbus Projects)

About the role

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking MRO Production Engineers to join on‑site teams across Germany, supporting strategic Airbus projects. You will work in a safety‑critical environment, contributing to aircraft maintenance, repair and production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support aircraft MRO activities, including maintenance, repair and production processes.
• Analyse and review system issues detected during manufacturing or maintenance.
• Perform troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of aircraft systems.
• Assist with system integration and validation in production and maintenance settings.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering and supply‑chain teams.
• Analyse operational data, track errors and follow up on technical resolutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in MRO, airworthiness or design support within the aerospace industry.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – mandatory.
• German language skills (C1) are a plus.
• Citizenship of a European country.
