About the role
As the Office Manager you will be the central hub for our three German locations – Munich, Berlin and Nuremberg. You will ensure smooth daily operations, create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors, and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of office management across the three sites, including ordering supplies, equipment and services.
- Maintain inbox/outbox, document filing and coordinate with external service providers.
- Manage IT hardware procurement, setup for new joiners and liaise with IT service providers.
- Administer the company vehicle fleet, handling leasing, handovers and documentation.
- Provide inside‑sales support, maintain Salesforce and Kantata data, and assist in quotation preparation and reporting.
- Plan and execute internal events, onboarding sessions, team days and other “feel‑good” initiatives.
- Travel to the Nuremberg office at least twice a month as required.
Required profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in office management, administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills, independent work style and a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication in German and good English skills.
Required skills
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- Experience with Salesforce (advantageous).
- Familiarity with Kantata (advantageous).
