About the role

We are looking for an Online Store Operator to join our e‑commerce team in Germany. The role combines order processing, customer support and warehouse coordination to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders using the online store administration system.
• Assist customers by phone and email, providing product information and solving issues.
• Issue invoices, prepare shipping documents and manage cash register/POS transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product availability and order stock from suppliers.
• Receive, inspect, pack and dispatch goods, and organise courier deliveries.
• Communicate with credit and leasing partners regarding customer orders.
• Order packaging and office supplies, keep the pickup point and warehouse clean and orderly.
• Handle warranty claims and product returns, and perform urgent tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and Russian.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and good organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of computer hardware and technology.
• Experience with POS terminals and cash‑register operations.
