Real Estate Transaction Manager

About the role

Wolt is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Manager to join its Global Real Estate team. You will own the full lifecycle of office leasing transactions across more than 30 countries, ensuring that our growing teams have optimal workspaces.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of office acquisitions, renewals, re‑gears and disposals, including market search, financial analysis and legal negotiations.
• Develop and manage transaction budgets and timelines, keeping projects on track and within financial targets.
• Optimize deal terms and commercial structures for flexibility and cost‑efficiency.
• Collaborate with local business leads and internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into real‑estate strategies.
• Establish and refine global transaction standards and KPIs across all markets.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external brokers and landlords, managing relationships to secure the best outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in international office leasing and transaction management, preferably from an occupier or tenant‑representation perspective.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial lease terms and deep understanding of legal frameworks in multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and cost analysis.
