Recruiter – Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

About the role

Join Tesla’s Talent Acquisition team to support the rapid hiring ramp‑up at the Gigafactory Berlin‑Brandenburg, one of Europe’s largest high‑tech manufacturing sites. You will work closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to attract top talent and help drive Tesla’s mission of sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop hiring plans and execute end‑to‑end recruitment cycles.
• Use data and analytics to monitor candidate funnels, create reports and provide insights to hiring teams.
• Collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition and People teams across EMEA.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and phone screens to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
• Source passive candidates through multiple channels.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and German.
• Previous recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably for blue‑collar roles such as mechanics, production workers or engineers.
• Proven track record in sourcing, assessing and hiring talent.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with hiring teams and business partners.
• Ability to create reports using Excel and quickly adapt to new digital tools.
• Experience thriving in an agile, fast‑paced environment with changing targets.
• Knowledge of offer negotiation, employment legislation and market trends.
