Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for a fast‑growing AI‑driven trade platform. This newly created position will focus on sourcing high‑quality candidates, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and specialized tools.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide market insights.
• Influence hiring decisions by presenting data‑driven recommendations and candidate assessments.
• Continuously test and refine sourcing methods, tools, and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or sourcer in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment with new sourcing techniques.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and uncover talent through non‑traditional channels.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
