Regional HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and empathetic HR leader to head Human Resources for the North Region of Germany. This senior position will shape HR strategy, drive technology implementations and foster high employee engagement across a rapidly expanding portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional HR strategy and a 3‑year HR plan covering engagement, employer branding, talent development and HR tech rollout.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, supporting their professional growth.
• Design and establish HR structures for new properties, including role clustering and unionisation management.
• Oversee payroll, financial forecasting and budgeting, contributing to P&L and forecast calls.
• Implement new HR systems, replacing the ATS, core HRIS and time‑and‑attendance platforms.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and turnover‑reduction programs.
• Optimize staffing models and introduce productivity improvements.
• Build strong relationships with General Managers, Heads of Department, VP Operations, Finance leads and other regional HR managers.
• Travel up to 40% of the time, balancing on‑site visits with home‑based work.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading multi‑site HR operations in luxury or high‑performance, brand‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to coach HR teams and act as an empathetic, decisive people leader.
• Strong influencing skills with senior stakeholders such as General Managers and functional heads.
• In‑depth knowledge of German labour law and its practical application.
• Solid background in P&L oversight, financial forecasting and strategic budgeting.
