Sales Executive – Corporate Market (Munich/Berlin)

About the role

Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive corporate sales in the Munich and Berlin area. You will act as the external sales representative for the corporate market, promoting the hotel portfolio and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the local market.
• Research new market opportunities and devise growth strategies.
• Invite potential clients to tour properties and conduct individual tours, highlighting facilities and services.
• Set key performance indicators, monitor results and coach performance accordingly.
• Conduct telemarketing actions to generate leads.
• Track requests and manage accounts.
• Resolve incidents and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Tourism studies background.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in hospitality.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
