About the role
Too Good To Go, a certified B Corp dedicated to reducing food waste, is scaling its Berlin sales engine. We are looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead to build a high‑performing, data‑driven sales organisation that fuels both impact and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 8‑12 Inside Sales Representatives, conducting regular 1:1s, call shadowing and feedback sessions.
- Set ambitious targets and embed a culture of accountability, ensuring the team consistently meets KPIs.
- Own the sales funnel, optimise conversion rates at every stage and maximise outbound activity.
- Analyse performance through CAC, LTV, payback periods and sales velocity, reporting directly to the Head of Independent Partners.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement tech‑driven or script improvements to increase output per head.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to secure high‑quality lead flow and smooth handovers to growth and account management teams.
Required profile
- Significant experience leading high‑velocity inside‑sales teams, preferably in a fast‑growing tech or SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of unit economics and how sales performance impacts overall profitability.
- Hands‑on execution mindset; willing to join calls and demonstrate best practices.
- Strong analytical rigor with a data‑first approach to decision‑making.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Expertise in cold‑calling, objection handling and closing short‑cycle deals.
