Senior Data Analyst – SEO & Marketing Analytics

About the role

As a (Senior) Data Analyst you will join StepStone's Marketing Analytics team to drive the efficiency of our marketing investments through SEO‑focused data solutions. You will work closely with SEO managers, content, engineering and product teams to turn business questions into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO data pipelines, from ingestion to transformation and dashboarding.
• Design and maintain automated pipelines using AWS Glue, dbt and Python.
• Build internal linking optimization models to improve crawl efficiency and link equity.
• Design, run and analyse A/B tests with URL split testing and Bayesian measurement frameworks.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear visibility into SEO performance and experiment results.
• Develop frameworks for rapid debugging of web‑tracking issues to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into actions.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in dbt, Python and SQL, with experience delivering production‑grade data models.
• Proven ability to build Power BI dashboards for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, including URL split testing and Bayesian or causal inference methods.
• Working knowledge of web tracking implementations, tag management and event schemas.
• Experience with AWS Glue or comparable cloud ETL tools.
