Senior Data Scientist – Analytics, Statistics & BI

About the role

We are an AI‑first HealthTech company seeking a senior Data Scientist to own the analytics layer of a live AI platform used in therapeutic environments. You will work with complex behavioural and clinical datasets, applying rigorous statistical methods to generate insights that directly influence product and clinical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the analytics infrastructure behind a production AI system.
• Apply hypothesis testing, regression modelling, and study evaluation to identify meaningful patterns.
• Partner with AI, engineering, and product teams to drive BI, data quality standards, and data‑warehouse evolution.
• Own or evolve BI environments and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for product and clinical teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a strong analytics and statistical focus.
• Excellent foundation in applied statistics, including hypothesis testing and regression modelling.
• Strong Python programming skills and solid SQL proficiency.
• Experience with modern data warehouses (BigQuery preferred) and cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience owning or evolving BI tools such as Superset, Looker, or Power BI.
• AI‑ready mindset, actively leveraging modern AI tools to improve workflows.
