About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at BairesDev, you will lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high‑impact solutions. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and deliver medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring project profitability and timely delivery.
• Maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities and drive value creation.
• Forecast financial results, manage budgets and take corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Based in Europe and able to work remotely.
