Senior SEO Manager (Product & Marketing)

About the role

AVIV Group is seeking a senior SEO manager who will own the organic search strategy for a large classifieds platform with millions of pages. The role sits at the intersection of product and marketing, translating business goals into technical SEO initiatives and guiding engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the SEO roadmap, aligning it with marketing acquisition targets and product development cycles.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product and Engineering, turning business objectives into clear technical specifications.
• Link all SEO projects to company‑wide OKRs and measurable ROI.
• Partner with development squads during sprints to deliver technical fixes such as Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering and server‑side optimisations.
• Conduct enterprise‑scale technical audits, optimise crawl budget, indexation strategy, XML sitemaps and site architecture for a multi‑million‑URL inventory.
• Identify and scale programmatic SEO opportunities using user‑generated content.
• Monitor and enhance visibility in AI‑driven and LLM‑based search results, applying Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical SEO for large, complex websites.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Passion for log‑file analysis, site architecture and emerging AI search trends.
