Marketing Associate, International

About the role

Trupanion is looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to support its international, primarily European, operations. The role blends B2B and B2C marketing, project management and data‑driven storytelling to help grow the pet‑insurance business across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise digital and direct communications (email, SMS/WhatsApp, social media, blogs, print collateral, website content).
• Create, manage and launch engaging content and campaigns for breeder, veterinary and consumer channels.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of international marketing initiatives against key metrics and company goals.
• Provide regional performance insights and actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to turn concepts into tangible marketing assets.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a passion for results, creativity and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong business judgement and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• 2+ years of experience building and optimising MarTech tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work across different time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with Content Management Systems and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Contentful, Iterable and Plausible Analytics.
