Communications Intern – Corporate & Employer Branding

About the role

As a Communications Intern focusing on Corporate and Employer Branding, you will join Westwing’s Corporate Communications team in Munich. You’ll help shape the company’s narrative, boost its social presence and create engaging content for both internal and external audiences in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and report on LinkedIn content and other corporate communication channels.
• Write articles for the corporate website, press releases and employer‑branding materials.
• Research topics, prepare interview and speaking briefs for C‑level executives.
• Use AI tools and digital automation to improve storytelling, research and social‑media management.
• Manage media clipping, performance reporting and press‑distribution lists.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of Corporate and Employer Branding communications.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Communications, Marketing, PR or a related field.
• Practical experience in communications, copywriting or media relations (e.g., press releases, articles).
• Experience managing LinkedIn content, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and digital tools, with a strong interest in AI‑driven communications.
• Strong prioritisation, independent and hands‑on working style.
• Near‑native fluency in German and excellent English proficiency.
