Senior Data Analyst – Marketing Analytics

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Marketing Analytics team, you will enable data‑driven decision‑making across Westwing’s marketing organization. Based in Munich, you will own key data products and work closely with senior marketing leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and release recurring dashboards for core marketing topics on a weekly/monthly cadence.
• Extract actionable insights from reports and present them to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and business logic in Snowflake.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to answer urgent business questions.
• Leverage AI tools such as coding agents and LLM‑based workflows to increase analysis speed and quality.
• Onboard and mentor peers to foster continuous learning and technical excellence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing context.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions and query optimisation.
• Strong statistical knowledge applied with Python.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English.
