About the role
This senior position shapes the brand’s presence and drives audience engagement across digital and social ecosystems in Germany. You will lead both strategy and execution, building authentic communities where enterprise decision‑makers, marketers, and developers interact.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the social media strategy across LinkedIn and other key platforms, including editorial planning, publishing cadence, audience growth and engagement optimization.
- Manage and expand the brand’s footprint in strategic online communities such as forums, Slack groups, Reddit channels and industry‑specific networks.
- Lead employee‑advocacy programs by providing content resources, playbooks and engagement frameworks.
- Monitor social listening platforms to surface actionable insights for marketing, product, sales and leadership.
- Collaborate with design, video, PR and content teams to produce platform‑native social content and campaigns.
- Build and manage influencer, creator and partnership initiatives aligned with brand positioning.
- Support social communication during high‑visibility events, product launches or reputation‑related situations.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on engagement quality, sentiment and business impact.
Required profile
- 8+ years of B2B social media, community management or digital brand strategy experience.
- Proven track record managing LinkedIn and other channels for enterprise SaaS or technology brands.
- Experience building and scaling employee‑advocacy programs with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of online community dynamics across forums, Reddit, Slack and industry networks.
- Strong writing, storytelling and editorial skills.
- Hands‑on fluency with AI‑powered workflows and social listening tools.
