Technical Account Manager – Spanish or French Speaking

About the role

As a Technical Account Manager for the EMEA region, you will join Adjust’s Berlin team and act as the primary technical liaison for our clients. You’ll work closely with Sales, Integration and other internal departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients maximise the value of Adjust’s measurement platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned EMEA clients.
• Provide daily support, conduct regular check‑in calls and perform proactive health checks on client implementations.
• Guide customers on best practices for using Adjust’s products and resolve technical challenges.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using internal and external tooling, and escalate to engineering when needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Support) to design custom solutions and drive optimisation.
• Validate and test client setups to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in a client‑facing technical role within advertising technology.
• Fluent in English and proficient in French and/or Spanish.
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities, capable of simplifying complex topics.
• Self‑motivated learner with proven ability to acquire and apply technical knowledge independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
