Senior Technical Project Manager – Latin America

About the role

Distribusion is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead strategically important client projects across Latin America. You will act as the main liaison between external partners and internal Engineering, Product, and Operations teams, ensuring successful delivery of complex API and e‑commerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales and delivery of API and e‑commerce integration projects for major partners.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external partners, coordinating with Distribusion’s technical and product teams.
• Develop and document blueprint processes for rolling out standard product offerings.
• Capture market needs and partner insights to guide product development.
• Travel to key Latin American markets as required.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing technical projects or solution delivery, preferably in consulting or high‑growth environments.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and skill in cross‑functional coordination.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Latin America.
