Director, B2B2C Growth Partnerships

About the role

Urban Sports Club is seeking a senior leader to define and scale its B2B2C growth channel across Europe. The Director will shape the commercial strategy, integrate the membership offering into partner ecosystems and drive sustainable revenue and member acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term European B2B2C strategy and commercial roadmap.
• Build and scale strategic partnerships with leading brands in banking, insurance, retail, travel, telecom and digital platforms.
• Own overall commercial performance, partnership revenue, profitability and contribution to new paying members.
• Lead complex negotiations, design scalable business models and maintain executive‑level partner relationships.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle – onboarding, activation, retention, renewals and expansion.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, growth, CRM, brand, finance, legal and operations to deliver seamless partner experiences.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing partnerships team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B2C partnership development and commercial strategy at a senior level.
• Strong track record of negotiating and closing high‑impact deals with large enterprises.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent analytical mindset with focus on revenue growth and member acquisition.
• Experience working across multiple functions such as product, finance and legal.
