Director of Studio Management

About the role

Tripledot Studios is seeking a Director of Studio Management to lead its global studio management team within Lion Studios. This remote position reports to the Senior Director of Publishing and Business Development and acts as the bridge between studio managers, cross‑functional leads, and finance and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 10 studio managers who partner with ~40 external studios.
• Recruit, grow, and shape the team as the business scales, including org design and regional role calibration.
• Develop and execute business‑development strategies at regional and global levels.
• Oversee the game pipeline, ensuring titles move from prototyping to soft launch on schedule.
• Create, update, and manage contracts in collaboration with the legal team.
• Maintain a solid understanding of portfolio P&L and work with finance to improve accuracy.
• Review publishing processes, KPIs, and adjust workflows to match shifting priorities.
• Represent studio management to executive leadership and contribute to publishing strategy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in studio management, business development, publishing, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience building and scaling high‑performing teams.
• Strong understanding of game publishing pipelines and financial metrics.
• Experience negotiating and managing contracts with external partners.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive process improvements.
