About the role
As an Employee Advisor based in Berlin, you will act as the primary liaison between HR and employees throughout the employee life‑cycle. You will enhance the overall employee experience by providing timely advice, support and escalation on matters ranging from wellbeing to employee relations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee experience topics, including engagement, health, wellbeing and employee relations.
- Manage intake of employee grievances, coordinate escalations and ensure follow‑up with relevant stakeholders.
- Support HR partners and line managers on legal compliance, best practices and internal policies.
- Act as gatekeeper for internal policies, raise awareness of people processes and review monthly payroll inputs.
- Communicate proactively with employees about key updates and deliver training on experience‑related initiatives.
- Educate staff on available wellbeing support, assist employees on long‑term leave and guide managers through the process.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive improvements in employee experience programs.
- Visit Tesla locations to conduct round‑table and employee experience sessions.
Required profile
- Solid experience and knowledge of local HR practices.
- Ability to handle multiple employee cases simultaneously.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages (e.g., Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Czech) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Passion for employee wellbeing and support.
- Objective, confidential, and trustworthy handling of sensitive information.
- Resilience in stressful or emotionally charged situations.
