Infrastructure Support Engineer (NOC Engineer)

About the role

Join AUTODOC’s Cloud Infrastructure team as an Infrastructure Support Engineer. You will help keep the production platform stable and available while gaining hands‑on experience with large‑scale cloud‑native environments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Google Cloud Platform services, Google Kubernetes Engine, managed databases and cloud networking.
• Use VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, VictoriaLogs, Prometheus and Alertmanager to track platform health.
• Investigate alerts, review dashboards and identify service degradations.
• Participate in first‑level incident response, collect diagnostics and escalate complex issues.
• Perform routine Kubernetes tasks such as checking events, gathering logs and supporting rollouts.
• Write small automation scripts in Python or Bash.
• Collaborate with SRE, Platform Engineering, Security and Software Engineering teams during incidents and maintenance.
• Support initiatives to improve availability, reliability and backup validation.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in infrastructure, technical support, system administration or cloud operations.
• Practical experience with Linux systems.
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts and Google Cloud Platform.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS).
