Integrations Analyst – Supply Chain IT

About the role

As an Integrations Analyst in the Supply Chain IT team, you will ensure seamless data exchange between AUTODOC’s internal systems and the ERP platforms of our suppliers. You will work in a fast‑growing e‑commerce environment, supporting the company’s expansion across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver integration projects on time and within scope.
• Coordinate communication between suppliers’ IT teams, AUTODOC developers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and support existing integrations, quickly identifying and resolving issues.
• Perform testing and validation to guarantee that integrations meet functional requirements.
• Document processes and keep the internal knowledge base up to date.
• Gather and clarify integration requirements with business partners.
• Contribute ideas to improve integration processes, tools, and standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in integration or a similar role.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Integration technologies: APIs, EDI, ETL, ESB.
• Protocols: FTP, HTTPS, AS2.
• Data formats: XML, JSON, IDOC, EDIFACT.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Postman, FileZilla.
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as SAP CI, MuleSoft, Boomi.
