Senior Data Analyst – Data-driven Growth & Insights

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst at AUTODOC in Berlin, you will help shape data‑driven strategies for Europe’s leading automotive e‑commerce platform. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that support growth, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into analytical projects.
• Identify patterns, trends and key metrics from large data sets.
• Design and maintain complex, scalable dashboards.
• Support planning, forecasting and A/B testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Partner with the Data Engineering team to define reliable data sources.
• Explore new opportunities for data utilization across the organization.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, data science or business intelligence; e‑commerce experience is a plus.
• University degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
