Investment Analyst – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

The Collective Ace Group is seeking a motivated Investment Analyst to support its M&A activities. Working closely with the CEO, Head of Finance, Head of Operations and Head of Business Development, you will help identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the gaming sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify new investment opportunities by meeting entrepreneurs and reviewing inbound leads.
• Conduct deal diligence, including market research, product and competitive analysis, metrics review, and operational and financial assessment.
• Assist in negotiating transactions, preparing investment conclusions, valuation models and presentation materials for senior management.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of M&A deals.
• Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments affecting M&A activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field (Master’s preferred) with a strong GPA.
• Minimum 1 year experience in private equity, corporate finance, banking or a M&A role.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with foreign executives and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to work under time‑sensitive conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to integrate quickly into a global team.
