Investment Associate – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Investment Associate to support our M&A activities. Working closely with the CEO and senior leaders, you will help source, evaluate and execute investment opportunities for The Collective Ace Group, a gaming‑industry service hub.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source new investment opportunities and qualify inbound leads by meeting entrepreneurs.
• Conduct deal diligence including market research, product and competitive analysis, metrics and customer reviews, and operational and financial assessment.
• Prepare investment memoranda, valuation models and presentations for senior management.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions.
• Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses for potential deals.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory considerations affecting M&A activity.
• Mentor analysts and assist with risk identification and mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in private equity, corporate finance, banking or M&A.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and entrepreneurial attitude.
