Investment Executive – M&A Focus (Remote)

About the role

The Collective Ace Group is seeking a motivated Investment Executive to drive its M&A initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, Head of Finance, Operations, and Business Development, to source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and qualify new investment opportunities and inbound leads.
• Conduct comprehensive deal diligence, including market research, product and competitive analysis, metrics evaluation, and financial and operational review.
• Negotiate transaction terms, prepare investment conclusions, and develop valuation models.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure seamless M&A execution.
• Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions.
• Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with M&A regulations.
• Mentor analysts and associates on M&A processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with acquisitions.
• Assist in preparing fundraising presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field (Master’s preferred) with strong GPA.
• 5+ years of experience in private equity, corporate finance, banking, or M&A.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, business modelling, and valuation concepts.
