Junior Business Development Manager DACH (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle for the DACH market. You will act as a consultant, helping companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland design quieter, more focused workspaces using our acoustic booths.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for high‑quality inbound leads.
• Identify and reach out to key decision‑makers (Facility Managers, HR Leads, Founders) to build a quality pipeline.
• Lead discovery calls, conduct product demos and guide prospects through the buying process.
• Close deals and ensure successful delivery of acoustic booths.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update the sales pipeline daily.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager and Sales Director on strategy and market insights.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Consultative selling mindset with a passion for improving office environments.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in an office‑first culture.
• Comfortable handling the entire sales cycle from lead to close.
