Legal Counsel – Regulatory (Contract) – DACH & CEE

About the role

Airbnb is seeking a Business‑Oriented Legal Counsel to join its EMEA legal team on a contract basis. Based in Berlin, you will support the business, public policy and product teams across the DACH and CEE regions, providing pragmatic regulatory and compliance advice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product, regulatory, compliance and litigation advice to marketing, communications and public‑policy teams.
• Handle matters related to tourism, travel, housing, consumer protection, e‑commerce, privacy and tax.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts such as NDAs, sales agreements, service provider contracts, agency agreements, end‑user terms, promotional releases and partnership deals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to balance legal risk with business strategy in a fast‑paced environment.
