Production Associate I (m/w/d)

About the role

As a Production Associate I you will work on the micro‑assembly and micro‑soldering of Johnson & Johnson’s medical products in a clean‑room environment. You will follow defined manufacturing procedures, ensure compliance with hygiene standards and record all data in the ERP and CAQ systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform micro‑assembly and micro‑soldering of product components according to trained work instructions.
• Adhere to all manufacturing, procedural and clean‑room hygiene guidelines.
• Operate the ERP system and CAQ tool to capture quantitative and qualitative production data.
• Immediately report any deviations from specified processes to the Manufacturing Engineer or Production Manager.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain strict quality standards.
• Comfort working in a regulated clean‑room environment.
• Attention to detail and proactive communication of process issues.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with CAQ (Computer‑Aided Quality) software.
• Micro‑assembly and micro‑soldering techniques.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge.
• Understanding of clean‑room hygiene requirements.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and MSAT concepts.
