Senior Business Development Consultant (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

Gallup is seeking a senior business development consultant who will drive new revenue across French‑speaking markets. The role combines strategic consulting with complex sales, requiring deep conversations with senior executives to translate performance challenges into evidence‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business development in French‑speaking territories, from prospecting to closing multi‑year agreements.
• Conduct discovery conversations with senior leaders, identify underlying needs and craft tailored proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting and negotiation of contracts.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure seamless client experience from sale through delivery.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships as a strategic adviser, supporting long‑term partnership growth.
• Represent Gallup at executive meetings, industry events and forums to expand the network and generate new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in advisory or consultative sales environments.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and manage a robust pipeline.
• Native‑level fluency in French and professional fluency in English.

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and forecast management.
